IMPORTANT: Shoes that have been worn outdoors will generally not be accepted as returns; for this reason, we ask that customers try on newly purchased items indoors before use. You may return most new items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the full amount paid, any returns 45 days from purchase date will be compensated in the form of store credit, any returns after 45 days will not be accepted. In the event of a product defect in materials or workmanship the determination will be handled by the store in accordance with the Manufacturer's respective ‘Consumer Return Policy’.
