    Running

Running shoes are engineered to absorb impact, support natural foot motion, and keep you moving efficiently mile after mile. The right pair reduces fatigue, lowers injury risk, and matches the surface and distance you run most.

Not sure about your gait? Choosing among these styles comes down to how your foot rolls when it lands, where you run, and how much cushioning you want underfoot. That first part is hard to judge on your own, and it's exactly what we do in store. Come in for a fitting and we'll help you figure out whether neutral, stability, or motion control is right for your stride.

    Find Your Ride

Every running category we carry, explained, so you can shop by how you actually run.

    Neutral
Balanced cushioning with no added support structures, for feet that roll inward a normal amount. The right starting point for most runners with medium to high arches.
    Shop Neutral
    Stability
Structured support that gently corrects overpronation, easing strain on knees and ankles. A common fit for flat or low arches, especially over longer distances.
    Shop Stability
    Motion Control
The most structure available, built for severe overpronation and very flat feet. Holds the foot firmly in place through every stride.
    Shop Motion Control
    Cushioned & Max-Cushion
Soft, plush impact absorption, with max-cushion models stacking extra-thick midsoles. Popular for long runs and recovery days; the trade-off is extra weight.
    Shop Max Cushion
    Lightweight & Racing
Stripped down for speed, often with carbon-fiber plates for propulsion. Best for race day and tempo runs; expect fewer miles before replacement.
    Shop Lightweight
    Road
Smoother outsoles and cushioning tuned for pavement, sidewalks, and tracks. The default for most everyday mileage.
    Shop Road
    Trail
Aggressive lugs, reinforced uppers, and rock plates for mud, roots, and rocks. A real difference on technical terrain.
    Shop Trail
    Minimalist & Barefoot
Very little cushioning and near-zero drop for a natural, form-focused stride. Transition gradually to avoid injury.

    Make Every Mile Count
The shoe is only part of the setup. Moisture-wicking running socks prevent blisters before they start, and the right insole can fine-tune fit and support for your feet. Round out your kit before your next long run.
